THE PATHWAY
The ETS Mission System | Girls Lacrosse Training

Six Missions. Two weeks each. Each one builds a specific piece of the complete attacker or defender — and each one stands on its own, so you can join wherever fits your schedule.

The ETS Mission System | Girls Lacrosse Training

Every Mission includes small-group coaching, a weekly Mission Brief, film review, and a Family Debrief — real, actionable feedback for players and families.

MISSION CADENCE

  • Week 1

    • Build the Foundation: Learn the technique and understand the Mission Theme.

    • Apply the Skill: Execute against movement, decisions and increasing resistance.

  • Week 2

    • Perform Under Pressure: Compete in game-like situations where failure becomes feedback.

    • Own the Standard: Demonstrate the skill, complete the Mission test and reflect on who you became.
