Two-Handed Threat is designed for middle school and high school girls’ lacrosse players who want greater confidence and control with the ball.
The Training is open to athletes from every field position and is club-neutral.
Whether your daughter is still developing her non-dominant hand or wants her skills to hold up against greater pressure, this Training will meet her where she is and challenge her to take the next step.

DEVELOP BOTH HANDS -
BECOME A TWO-HANDED THREAT
A ONE-HANDED PLAYER HAS A PREFERENCE. A TWO-HANDED THREAT HAS OPTIONS.

Build the confidence to catch, carry, protect, and move the ball from either side - even when time and space disappear.
60 MINUTES | $59

WHAT CAN MY DAUGHTER DO?
The game moves too quickly for an athlete to be limited to one hand.
When players can confidently use both hands, they can attack the space available, protect possession, keep their eyes up, and make better decisions under pressure.
A Two-Handed Threat can:
-
Catch and pass on the move with either hand
-
Pick up a ground ball and immediately make the next play
-
Protect her stick when pressure arrives
-
Keep her eyes up instead of fighting to control the ball
-
Use the space the defense gives her
-
Play with greater confidence, speed, and control

THE TWO-HANDED THREAT CREED
A Two-Handed Threat does not allow one hand to limit her game.
She trains both sides.
She protects possession.
She stays composed under pressure.
She makes the next play.

THE CHALLENGE
This fast-paced, 60-minute Session combines high-repetition stickwork with movement, pressure, decision-making, and competition.
Athletes will train:
-
Passing and catching on the move
-
Confidence with the non-dominant hand
-
Ground balls into the next play
-
Stick protection under pressure
-
Quick hands in tight spaces
-
Faster decisions during competitive situations
This is not about looking good during an uncontested stickwork drill. It is about developing skills that hold up when the game gets faster.

Following the session, each athlete will receive one of three recommendations:
-
Continue into Defensive Anchor
-
Continue into Offensive Playmaker
-
Repeat the Two-Handed Threat to continue building confidence and consistency
Every player has a different starting point. The goal is to identify the right next Mission.
Stickwork Training
Your dominant hand should be a strength—not a limitation.
