THE ETS PHILOSOPHY
Girls Lacrosse Training

"We don't use lacrosse to build better lacrosse players. We use lacrosse to build better competitors, teammates, and leaders."

Years from now, your daughter won't remember every tournament she played. She will remember who she became because she chose to do hard things. We don't ask you to be fearless. We ask you to become braver than you were yesterday. Because when young athletes discover they're capable of more than they imagined, hard work becomes fun.

After more than thirty years coaching athletes, I've become convinced of one thing ...

Somewhere along the way, youth sports stopped asking,

"How do we develop better kids?" and started asking, "How do we sell more tournaments?"

When organizations depend on families returning every year, winning becomes the easiest thing to market.

On top of that, the game has grown faster than great coaching has. Most coaches care deeply. They volunteer countless hours. But caring isn't the same as knowing how to teach elite skill development. Breaking down a skill into simple, repeatable pieces is a craft developed over decades.

I've coached First-Team All-Americans. I've coached National Semi-Finalists. I've coached Players of the Year. The longer I coached, the more one truth became impossible to ignore ... none of them got there by chasing trophies. They got there by chasing mastery.

ETS exists for athletes who care more about who they're becoming than what they're winning.

“We don’t simply run camps and clinics. We challenge our clients with MISSIONS. Every Mission is built around an identity. Every identity is reinforced by habits. Habits become standards. Standards become character. Character changes who you become.

Every Mission is designed to help athletes discover they're capable of more than they ever believed possible:

  • The girl who is afraid to fail learns that failure is where growth begins.

  • The girl who waits for someone else to lead becomes the teammate everyone follows.

  • The girl who avoids hard things discovers that's exactly where growth lives.

  • The girl who quits when she's frustrated learns to stay one more rep.

  • The girl who measures herself by statistics learns to measure herself by standards.

She doesn't just become a better lacrosse player. She becomes someone who believes she can handle hard things. Competition isn't about beating someone else. It's about becoming someone harder to beat every single day.

Some programs promise trophies. Others promise exposure. We promise the beginning of a transformation that lasts long after the Mission ends. Because the trophies will collect dust, the habits will last forever.

If you're simply looking for another camp, clinic, or private lesson, there are plenty of great options. That's just not what ETS was built to be. Every athlete deserves a coach who sees who she can become before she sees it herself. If you're looking for a place where your daughter will learn to embrace pressure, pursue mastery, lead with humility, and discover what she's capable of...

Welcome to Your Mission!
